Abstract
Detecting of pulse wave signals on the basis of direct sensing using relaxation processes in optoelectronic p-n junction is offered. Demonstrated the possibility of simultaneous and synchronous detecting of photoplethysmogram and sphygmogram that have different nature, so that their modulation coefficients of optical signals have opposite signs. The possibility of detecting the difference signal as a superposition of photoplethysmogram and sphygmogram on the optical layer. The resulting signal characterizes tonic state of the vessels, which is promising for the implementation of blood pressure measurement without arm cuffs.
