Abstract :
Based on the ZnCdS/GaP heterosystem UV photodetector with electrically tunable spectral sensitivity has been developed. At low bias voltages (~20 V) the spectral response is near to erythemal effect spectrum. When bias increases up to 60 V and above the photodetector is able to capture the greatest impact area of pigmentation radiation. The detector can be used to control irradiance level of the Sun and other sources of UV radiation in the wavelength range of 250-450 nm.
