Abstract :
The dynamic nature of the behavior of semiconductor devices begs for the application of computers and multimedia in developing scientific visualizations to aid student understanding in courses on the subject. This paper describes the author´s experience in software choices and illustrates some of the products of our work developing a Web-deliverable electronic textbook for the course on Electronic Devices. Initial student response has been overwhelmingly positive
