Abstract :
A systematic approach to the control of Chen´s chaotic attractor with uncertainties is presented by using modern control theory. Multiple uncertain linear state space models representing the general continuous-time uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model are first discussed, and then the TS fuzzy model of Chen´s chaotic attractor is established. Based upon this preliminary study, modern control theory is then applied to the output stabilizing control of Chen´s chaotic attractor. Finally, a computer simulation example is provided to show the effectiveness and the feasibility of the developed design method
