Abstract :
In recent years, Wireless Mesh Networks (WMN) technology has been developed and widely known. WMN has advantages about provisioning cost and stability of networks. However, it is necessary to send and receive a lot of control packets in order to establish routes among access points. We have proposed MBCR to reduce control packets. Furthermore, we propose MBCR-ATLM that adopts the Airtime as metric to ensure compatibility or examine the influence of the difference metric. In this paper, these two MBCR are compared with HWMP, which is standardized as routing method of WMN, from simulation results.
