Abstract :
A description is given of an environmentally safe multistatic X- and Ka-band marine radar system (RS) intended to guard the sea territorial waters of Ukraine. An alternative variant of using a multistatic radar built on basis of the floating active radio beacons (installed beyond the boundaries of radio horizon) and a single receiving station. The receiving station is located on a coastal line and its operational function is to pick up sequentially some information from each radio buoy, process received signals in a special-purpose computer and demonstrate the observation data on the state of the protected sea area from multiple positions.
