Abstract :
The standard deviation σt of a phase delay with respect to a fixed voltage level during the voltage pulse rise time in a nanosecond pulsed Gunn oscillator was measured. A method of measuring the pulse current of the Gunn diode inside the resonator chamber was proposed. The standard deviation σδt of a phase difference for two Gunn oscillators being electrodynamically decoupled and connected in parallel to a common power supply was measured.
