Abstract :
The paper analysis the inevitable trend of cooperation between estate logistic, logistic enterprise, manufacturing firm and retail. Estate logistic firm fixes the location of warehouse from facilities set with considering the requirement of customers and to distribute the requirement of customers. This paper optimizes general cost of warehouse by using the simulated annealing methodology, meanwhile, we optimizes distribution for customers´ requirement until we get the optimal solution. The paper describes the algorithm steps according optimization model, also, draw framework graph to test effectiveness of this model.
