Abstract :
This paper introduces the tower structure of the synthetical evaluation index system of grinding process, namely, the top is goal of green degree of grinding process, and the upper is divided into 6 sub-objectives, they are resource, energy, environment, cost, production efficiency and humanity management. There are 18 guidelines belonging to those sub-objectives on the middle level, and the bottom is index content. The weights of the synthetical evaluation index system of grinding process adopt "1-9 Ratio scaling law" to construct the comparison judgement matrix, determined by eigenvector. Then using grey correlation evaluation model in gray system theory to sort and analyze grey correlation degree of system index of grinding process. After example validating, this evaluation model is an effective analysis method. It provides the scientific basis to quantitatively evaluate the green degree , adjust the parameters of grinding process and establish decision of green grinding process. Also it has value to popularize.
