Abstract
There are many advantages to developing an algorithm which will extend calibration intervals of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). A historical record must be kept to demonstrate that the equipment remains within specifications without additional calibration. The calibration extending algorithm must reject noise, and account for variations due to temperature. A new method, which extrapolates expected variations caused by temperature changes and anticipates the variations caused by noise, is described and analyzed. Experimental results are given
