Abstract :
The experimental investigation of the surface of the low-temperature ceramic Green Tape 951 from DuPont and a conductive layer based on silver paste 6148 Ag. SEM photographs of the surface have been taken. The analysis of existing mathematical models and possibility of their use to describe the surface of the ceramic circuit board and a silver wire is performed.
