Abstract
By means of extension method and BP neural network, a new qualitative and quantitative decision technique is established to make decision effectively. The process obtains the index weight with the Neural Network and computes the incidence degree and adopts the optimal degree decision approach by Extenics. An example is used to illustrate and validate advantages of the method. The result indicates that this method, simple and clear, is not only easier to be implemented on computer but also can be used to carry out decision better. The approach is flexible and can be extended into other fields.
