Abstract
In this paper a steering efficient scheme for broadband arrays is presented. The scheme does not require the use of steering delays allows a designer to specify the frequency response in the look direction and has the capabilities of parallel processing to reduce computation load in real time. Examples are presented to show that the proposed scheme may be used to produce a broad in a sector such that the beamformer has a specified response in the look direction over the band of interest.
