Community detection for large scale social network sites

Social networking sites, such as YouTube, Flickr, Livejournal and Orkut, are getting popular with the increasing number of Internet users. As a consequence, community detection on social network sites becomes more important and have been studied by many researchers. However, most of the proposed algorithms are used to detect communities on small scale social networks which limits studying large scale social network sites. In this paper, we are proposing an efficient community detection algorithm for large scale social networks.
