Abstract :
The results of the “Lybid” spacecraft technical capabilities analysis are presented with indication of possible modulation- coding types. The services that can be provided by “Lybid” spacecraft are presented with the description of the main factors that influence the quality of service and the parameters that can be manipulated in order to optimize the system.
