Abstract :
This paper considers a design scheme of a minimal order observer-based guaranteed cost controller for linear uncertain time-delay systems. A sufficient condition of the asymptotic stabilization is guaranteed via linear matrix inequality (LMI) feasible solutions. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed method.
