Abstract :
The report presents the approach to the organization of heterogeneous weakly-coupled information by the means of specialized Internet-portal development. The portal conceptual model is proposed and its components such as: a knowledge representation model, a business processes model, a method of dynamic knowledge generation and a metamodel of calculation tasks are described.
