            Abstract : 
Theoretical investigations of -complex ion formation (such as ionic pairs, triplets, dipole-dipole and ion-dipole clusters) in liquid dielectrics at high external electric fields are considered. The consideration has been done on the basis of distribution function method. Rates of ion-ion, ion - ionic pair and dipole - dipole interactions (recombination and dissociation processes) were calculated. The criterion of sediment instability of ion - dipole solution was obtained.
