  • Abstract
    The aim is to improve the quality of operation of telecommunications systems by reducing the time of forming the frame digital flow by the network management controller, through the development of tools for the design of telecommunication systems. This paper provides a method of scheduling the performance of atomic operations frame of the digital stream. The method uses a structure of the genotype with fewer parameters making possible to increase efficiency and enhance quality with respect to time criterion. Solved is the problem of scheduling operations in the digital flow frame formation unit of the software of radio network management controller considering the following conditions: the schedule to be built shall have a maximal efficient use of all available hardware resources; when the system is being used in real time, search time of the optimal schedule is limited.
