Abstract
This paper describes original method of drifting pesticide detection based on attenuated total reflection of infrared spectroscopy. We conducted spraying experiment in indoor facility with change pesticides dilution rate. Sprayed pesticides were collected by sheets placed on the ground. We measured IR spectrum of collecting sheets by using Attenuated total reflection (ATR) of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). We constructed classification model according to amount of deposited pesticide by using Soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA). This experimental result shows that this method has possibilities to estimate amount of drifting pesticide as well as to grasp drifting extent.
