Abstract :
Developed and studied the intellectual negasensor scheme which is based on the matrix of capacitive autogenerating RC-negasensors and neural network on negatrons. It is shown that with corresponding learning of the neural network, the smart sensor is able to detect the texture and shape of the object´s surface. The negative capacitance of C-negatron increases the sensitivity of the sensor 2 - 5 times and the neural network on negatrons includes a little number of transistors.
