Abstract :
A reconfigurable design of high-speed palletizing and loading system is proposed to load different sizes or weight of bagged cement. A reconfigurable apparatus based on changeable row forming device was designed after analyzing all function modules of high-speed palletizing system. A reconfigurable design of row forming device was presented, including mechanic structure and control method, after studying operation mechanism of high-speed palletizing and loading machine for bagged cement. The reconfigurable design method achieves facility´s aims that some different bagged cement are palletized and loaded, and provides a theory method to design reconfigurable palletizing system.
