Abstract :
The comparative analysis of the proposed model of distribution for time-frequency resource of LTE technology with the existing methods in terms of the overall performance of the downlink, the degree of balancing capacity, as well as the probability of the desired transfer rate allocation to the user equipment (UE). It is shown that the proposed model under high requirements to transfer rate of UE as compared to known methods, allows 5-20% increasing the downlink capacity balance ratio and 40-100% increasing the probability of allocation of required transfer rate to UE.
