Abstract
A dynamic model of the structural and functional optimization telecommunications transport network at the state space is proposed. The model describes the process of coordinated tasks by the choice of topology (CT) and channel bandwidth (CCB), flow distribution (FD) and limit traffic (LT) entering the transport network. The model features the capability of solving the problem of distribution of investment between the stages of optimization in concert with the objectives of CT, CCB, FD and LT, which is an advantage of the proposed solution. The use of the criterion of optimal solution considering the total cost of the structural and functional optimization of transport telecommunication network is justified.
