  • Abstract
A regularization technique by minimizing the entropy to localize the changes in the optical properties is introduced for diffuse optical tomography reconstruction. Numerical simulations are conducted and show that the regularization technique successfully localizes the changes in the absorption coefficient in the biological medium with the regularization parameter selected by the L-curve method.
