Abstract :
The present paper concerns a model of interactive voice response (IVR) developed for the Institute of Telecommunication Systems NTUU “KPI” for the purpose of providing information about the Institute for university entrants. The created model is based on IP-PBX Asterisk, which is a new generation technology of telecommunications. This model demonstrates all abilities of the flexibility of IP-telephony based on Asterisk, its rationality in comparison with other hardware PBX.
