Abstract :
The present paper concerns the investigation of a microstrip reflective antenna array (MSRAA) which substrate has anisotropic properties. The mathematical model of MSRAA on a crystalline semiconductor substrate has been created. Many numerical researches for various microstrip elements topologies of such reflective type antenna arrays (solid-state arrays) have been fulfilled.
