Abstract :
By using the resonant coupling principle two (or more) resonators may exchange energy by means of their evanescent fields thus realizing electromagnetic wireless resonant energy links. We present a network-based formulation for studying wireless, mid-range, energy links between resonators in free-space. The network-based formulation accommodates the analysis of both dielectric resonators and conducting-wire resonant loops.
