Abstract
This paper proposes a neural network approach for computing in real-time the eigenvectors corresponding to all the eigenvalues of a matrix. We show that the proposed neural network is guaranteed to be stable and to provide the desired eigenvectors with arbitrarily small error during an elapsed time of only a few characteristic time constants of the network.<>
