            Abstract : 
The technology of formation of band microwave ladder-type filters on the basis of thin-film acoustoelectronic resonators with the Bragg reflector (SMR BAW) on nitride of aluminum, operating in (2-10) GHz frequency range is presented. The experimental sample of the three-tier filter on the central frequency of 5 GHz with a pass-band of (2-5)% is developed and results of measurements of its parameters are presented.
