Abstract :
In this paper, the effect of a free bus service is examined. When a bus service in an election is introduced, it should consider how the bus service affects the cost of each voter in his voting action. The two cases are considered (1) average distance reduction and (2) distance calculation using bus stop information. Simulation results showed that Case (1) is too rough and too optimistic to calculate the cost for each voter. The results of Case (2) seem more realistic results. However, it should be determined that the value of a parameter in Equation (3) to use Case (2). Therefore, the simulation results shown here is only a kind of simulation. Although this is just a simulation but it gives a better opportunity to see what elements should be assumed to improve public service.
