Abstract :
In this paper we study the reduction of the hard material thickness (DyFe/sub 2/) should modify the classic magnetization reversal process, where the exchange springs should develop in the soft part before the irreversible switch of the hard one. Various samples with DyFe/sub 2/ thicknesses ranging between 100 /spl Aring/ and 30 /spl Aring/ have been analyzed.
