Abstract :
An overview of the current state of acousto-electronic components is presented. Acoustoelectronic components and transducers of physical quantities on their basis developed and produced by JSC “Avangard” are considered, and their prospects are estimated. Sensors and monitoring systems based on acoustoelectronic sensors, and radio frequency identification tags on the passive surface acoustic waves are considered.
