Abstract :
Studies have been conducted of the transition processes within dynamic switching of the p-i-n diodes. In this mode the transient processes originate that leads to amplitude modulation of the carrier wave of the microwave signal. There was derived an equation that describes output signals of the switching-modulation converter. These processes should be under consideration when systems that based on switching-modulation converter are designed.
