Abstract
This paper presents a modified algorithm for state estimation with considering the network error in the system. The network errors cannot be detected by normal methods so Phasor measurements are used to identify the network error in the system. The formulated coefficient matrix has unique triangular factorization which can be accomplished by using sparsity criterion. This method is illustrated with an IEEE 14-bus system and their results are given.
