Abstract :
This paper study on the problem of fuzzy reliability evaluation, provides the method uses fuzzy sets and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve the problem of complex system which the reliability data of the reliability evaluation is insufficient and fuzzy sometimes, at the same time, the structure of the system is complex, and provides the method of fuzzy sets based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve this problem. An instance of complex system reliability evaluation is given. The fuzzy sets of the reliability data and the weight of every part are given by experts´ evaluation, and then the reliability of the instance is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. At last, the reliability evaluation of the system is achieved by fuzzy sets lattice measure of similarity. It is proved that not only the reliability of the complex system can be evaluated by this method, but also the approximate range of the reliability can be got. It is the basis of the earlier reliability researching works.
