Reliability of electronic devices is determined, first of all, by reliability of solder joints, which depends on the temperature- controlled soldering and other factors. As a result of the complex theoretical and experimental studies of the factors that influence the temperature of the soldering station when soldering, and, consequently, the soldering temperature.
