Abstract :
We try to detect mentally retarded children at an early age. In our experiment, we do not ask them to do something or perform a question-answer test. We only analyze their facial expressions after displaying a feedback image so that even a baby can be examined. As a result, it is shown that the Enjoji-method for infant development test and experiment data has similar evaluation degrees. Assessing the recognition intelligence of mentally retarded children by this study, it is possible to use it practically as a new type of child intelligence measuring device. Therefore the possibility for the brain´s recovery is higher and it could also increase the child´s ability
