Abstract :
Triage is a key method to control processes of emergency medicine under huge disaster. We show a some experimental simulation of the processes to investigate issues in the current rules for triage and emergency medicine. In the simulation, we can figure out which parts of the medical processes are bottle-necks. Also, we can estimate probabilities and statistical of troubles in the process. Using such results, we will be able to assist to re-design rules of layout, resource/role assignments and training scenario of triage under huge disaster situation.
