Abstract :
Web services allows interaction of versatile applications irrespective of their platform, language and locations by utilizing generic and reliable services that can used as application building block. Business workflows can be implemented using composite web services. As more and more web services are evolving now, choosing the appropriate web service based of the Quality of Service (QoS) metrics is a tedious task now. Among all QoS metrics, reliability plays a vital role. Non-functional metrics of reliability are categorized as availability, performance and interoperability. In this paper, a framework model is proposed to optimize the performance in dynamic composite web service using caching technique.
