Abstract :
The definition of ATS interoperability is introduced, and analyzed the influencing factor for interoperability. The key element of ATS and the interoperability based on ATML standard to implement every layer of ATS are studied. According to an illustration to descript UUT and test adapter interface, the static models about them are modeled, which is based UML. At last the ATS architecture with interoperability is established, and studied the interoperability implementation of every layer in the ATS architecture.
