Abstract :
The new results of the single-crystalline zinc oxide nanorods synthesis on the lithium niobate substrate by the hydrothermal growth using zinc acetate as a precursor for both seed-layer and nanostructures array, are presented. The formed nanostructures could be applied as a sensing element for acoustic wave based sensors.
