Abstract :
The mechanism for the phase formation on the example of quasi-equilibrium steady-state condensation in the ion-plasma sprayer was proposed. It is shown that the condensation nuclei form a statistical ensemble of hierarchically subordinate objects distributed in the ultrametric space. To describe this ensemble the Langevin and the Fokker-Planck equations were deduced.
