Abstract :
Presents an architecture for modeling an urban transport systems. The model proposed is based on a hierarchical multi-agent system (HMAS). This model is used in order to design a decision-support system (DSS) to facilitate the regulator´s work by proposing for him various regulation actions in every connection node. Our system of aid is called SARC (Systeme d´Aide a la Regulation des Correspondances: System of Aid to the Regulation of the Connections). The supervision of an urban transport system is essential in order to predict the disturbances. An optimal organization of the connections is suggested, in normal or disturbed conditions, to avoid loss of time for the passengers. Our model includes a supervisor agent (interface), a connection agent (decision) for each connection node and an acquisition agent (perception) for each regulation station. The decision-support is represented by the connection agents which is the essential object in our research
