Abstract :
The results of experiments involving obtaining of copper micro- and nanosystems by condensation of ion-sputtered material near thermodynamic equilibrium are presented in the work. We established three basic options for structuring condensates by studying of the structural and morphological characteristics at different stages of the build-up of condensates. The first of these columnar structures are formed through field selectivity. The second mechanism involves the formation of mesoporous crystalline systems in the absence of faceting on the growing surface. In the absence of an electric field, you can implement a third mechanism of structure, which is based on the formation of elongated structural fragments consisting of loosely coupled faceted nanocrystals.
