Abstract
In this paper, we made a ferromagnetic device which is able to process magnetic information as well as store it. As in MRAM, we represent information by the ferromagnetic magnetisation direction. Information is transported from one point to another by the motion of a domain wall through a nanoscale track of ferromagnetic material. In order to process information, 4 different circuit architecture elements are required: a NOT gate, a comparison gate (e.g. AND or OR), a fan-out element and a track-crossing element.
