Abstract
This paper describes the operation principle and the characteristics of the new device for nanoscale objects visualization (biological tissue sections and slices, cell structures, nanostructured powders etc.) in the range of X-ray and EUV radiation. The device allows obtaining the two-dimensional image using tomographic reconstruction techniques on a set of one-dimensional sample projections.
