Abstract :
The limited buffers consist generally in the process of practical production, and different production lines may manufacture different products. Based on the problem above, an interaction structure of up-down stream with limited buffers and the production scheduling model for minimal cost of subsidiary production and synchronous subsidiary production is established. The simplex algorithm and scheduling rule are used to calculate quantity and sort of products, Simulation results show the efficiency of the proposed model.
