Abstract :
The dependencies of electron drift velocity in GaAs quantum nanowire on various physical and topological parameters characterizing the nanowire are calculated by means of a direct numerical solution of the Boltzmann transport equation both taking into account the electron energy uncertainty and not. The degree of influence of the parameters values on the electron drift velocity is ascertained.
