  • Abstract
    This paper is engaged in region of valid ECG signal processing, so the algorithm development of the QRS complex´s assignation from twelve lead surface ECG record, design of measuring system in MATLAB software and file processing of clinical dates. The algorithm makes use of standard mathematical methods and new method used for signal processing - wavelet transform. Created system is assessed on dates of patient, which are treated by biventricular pacing. Dates are provided by cardiological clinic of hospital IKEM in Prague.
